Gann Diamonds is a private studio. There is no front desk, no automated response system, and no one reading your message but Melissa. When you reach out, you are reaching out to the person who will be working with you.

(405) 819-0051 - Available during studio hours. If Melissa is in a consultation when you call, leave a message and she will return your call the same day.
Studio Hours
Monday through Saturday, by appointment. Walk-in visits are not available. All meetings are scheduled in advance to ensure that every client receives Melissa's full attention.
Location
The studio is located in Oklahoma, 17320 N May Ave Suite A, Edmond, OK 73012, United States. If you are traveling from outside the Oklahoma City or Tulsa areas and want to confirm logistics before booking, mention that in your message.
For New Project Inquiries
If you are reaching out about a new custom piece, it helps to include the following in your first message: what you are looking to have made, the occasion if there is one, a rough sense of your budget range, and your preferred timeline. You do not need precise answers to any of these - a general sense is enough to start a productive conversation.
For Existing Clients
If you are a returning client or currently in the middle of a project, please reach out by email or phone and reference your project so Melissa can pull up your file before responding.
Social Media
Gann Diamonds maintains a presence on [platform names]. Studio work, behind-the-scenes process images, and completed pieces are shared there. Direct messages through social platforms are monitored but email and phone remain the most reliable ways to reach the studio for serious inquiries.
