Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2026
At Gann Diamonds, every client matters. That conviction does not stop at the studio door. It extends to every part of how we present ourselves online, and it means we are committed to ensuring that our website is usable by everyone, including individuals with disabilities.
This statement explains the standards we work toward, the tools we have in place, the limitations we currently know about, and the ways you can reach us if any part of our site is not working as it should for you.
Our Commitment
Gann Diamonds is actively and continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), and with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to commercial websites.
Meeting these standards is not a one-time event. It is a discipline we hold ourselves to as the site grows and changes. Every person who visits this website, regardless of ability or how they access the web, deserves a clear, navigable, and dignified experience. That belief shapes every decision we make about how this site is built and maintained.
Conformance Status
In line with the W3C accessibility statement framework, we describe our current conformance status as follows: this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2, Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the accessibility standard. We are actively working to address these areas.

Accessibility Widget
To give every visitor direct control over their browsing experience, we have installed a dedicated AI-powered Accessibility Widget on this website, powered by All in One Accessibility. The widget is available on every page of our site, requires no login or account, and can be opened from the accessibility icon on the edge of your screen at any time.
Through the widget, you can adjust text size and font style, increase contrast or switch to a high-contrast display mode, highlight links for easier navigation, pause animations or moving content, access built-in reading assistance, enable a focus mask or reading guide, and switch to a dyslexia-friendly font, among other options.
We want to be clear about what this tool is and what it is not. The widget is a supplemental aid designed to give visitors additional flexibility. It is not a substitute for native accessibility, and we do not rely on it as the basis of our compliance. The underlying work of making the site accessible at the source code level - through semantic markup, descriptive alt text, keyboard navigation support, and other foundational practices - is ongoing and is the primary focus of our accessibility efforts.
Tested Assistive Technologies and Browsers
This site is regularly tested with the following assistive technologies and browser combinations to ensure compatibility:
Screen Readers
NVDA (Windows), JAWS (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), TalkBack (Android)
Browsers
Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge
Operating Systems
Windows 10 and above, macOS 12 and above, iOS 15 and above, Android 11 and above
If you use an assistive technology or browser version that is not listed and encounter an accessibility issue, please contact us. We will work with you to ensure you have access to the information or service you need, and we will use your feedback to expand our testing coverage.
Image Descriptions and Content Practices
Screen reader compatibility is central to how we build and maintain this site. We actively write descriptive alt text for the jewelry images, product photography, and visual content across the site, so that visitors using screen readers receive a meaningful description of what is shown rather than a file name or a blank attribute.
Our content practices also include the use of proper heading structure for clear page navigation, sufficient color contrast between text and background, descriptive link text rather than generic labels, captioning or text alternatives for any video or audio content, and full keyboard navigation support for interactive elements. As new content is added, we review it against these practices before publication.
Known Limitations
We want to be honest with you: accessibility is not a destination, it is a practice. Despite our ongoing efforts, the following limitations may still exist on this site:
Some older blog posts and archived pages may not yet meet our current alt text or heading-structure standards. These are being reviewed and updated on a rolling basis.
Certain third-party tools and embedded content - including booking widgets, payment processors, social media feeds, and vendor-supplied links - are governed by their providers and may not always meet the same accessibility standards as content we control directly. Where we identify a gap, we work with the provider to resolve it or offer an accessible alternative method to accomplish the same task.
If you encounter a barrier related to any of these areas, contact us directly. We will provide the information or service to you through an alternative accessible channel without delay.
If something on this site is not working for you, that is important information. We want to hear it, and we will act on it.
Contact Us for Assistance
If you experience any barrier while browsing our site, cannot access any content, or need assistance in any form, please reach out directly. Every accessibility-related message is read personally by Melissa Gann, who serves as the accessibility contact for Gann Diamonds. We commit to acknowledging accessibility inquiries within two business days and to providing a substantive response or resolution within five business days where possible.

Relay Services
If you are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability, you may reach us through the Federal Telecommunications Relay Service by dialing 711, and then providing our phone number. We also welcome contact by email or written correspondence as preferred alternatives to phone communication.
Studio Hours
Monday through Saturday, by appointment. Accessibility-related inquiries are monitored and responded to outside of standard studio hours when possible.
If you contact us about an accessibility issue, we will make every reasonable effort to provide the information, item, or transaction you are seeking through a method that is accessible to you. That may mean a phone call, a personal email walkthrough, a written quote sent in an accessible format, or a direct consultation at the studio. Whatever it takes to make sure you can do what you came here to do.
Formal Feedback and External Resources
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this site at any time and would always prefer to resolve any concern directly. Please give us the opportunity to make it right before pursuing other channels.
If you feel that your accessibility concern has not been adequately addressed after contacting us, you may file a formal complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, which enforces Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Complaints may be submitted through ADA.gov.
Oklahoma residents may also file complaints with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office of Civil Rights Enforcement. Information and filing details for both agencies are publicly available on their respective websites.
How This Statement Is Maintained
This Accessibility Statement is reviewed and updated at least once per calendar year, or whenever a significant change is made to the website, our accessibility practices, or the underlying standards we work toward. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
If you have suggestions about how this statement could be clearer or more useful, that is feedback we want as much as any technical report.
