This policy applies to ganndiamonds.com and all related services operated by Gann Diamonds, LLC, a private design studio located in Edmond, Oklahoma.

We collect only the information necessary to communicate with you, schedule consultations, design custom jewelry, and complete transactions. Specifically, we may collect:

 

Information You Provide Directly

Your name, email address, and phone number when you contact us, fill out our contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or book a consultation.

Shipping and billing addresses when you place an order or commission a piece.

Payment information when processing a transaction (handled securely through Shopify Payments or Quickbooks payments- we do not see or store your full card details).

Any messages, reference images, design preferences, or other content you choose to share with us during the consultation or commission process.

 

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information through our hosting platform (Shopify) and analytics tools (Google Analytics), including:

Your IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.

Pages visited, time spent on each page, and how you navigated through the Site.

The referring website or source that led you to our Site.

This information helps us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. It is collected in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally.

Consultation and commission records are typically retained for the lifetime of our business relationship and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, legal, and customer service purposes. Newsletter subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe.

 

Our Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
